Become a volunteer
Our two homes, Saint-Claude and Saint-André, are open to the world. We need your help, your energy, your know-how...
Twice a year (April-May and October), a large number of volunteers come to give the homes a helping hand.
Apart from these solidarity projects, would you like to help us? Then join us!
Your main tasks:
- Participation in site maintenance gardening, small everyday jobs (replacing light bulbs, putting up shelves, etc.)
- Occasional repairs for cleaning and/or ironing
- Painting work : windows, doors...
- Participating in the reception pilgrims, tourists, groups and associations and contribute to the smooth running of the house.
- Picking fruit & maintenance of compost bins
Required qualities :
- Minimum DIY and painting skills
- Ability to adapt, listening skills, benevolence
- Ability to organise and share with the team and other volunteers
This kind of experience allows us to meet visitors and pilgrims of all spiritual convictions, ages and nationalities, and to share their experiences.to experience a special time with the other volunteers and Fathers and Sisters resident in the two Houses.
